Phuket
is the largest island in Thailand. At 540 square kilometers, it is about the same size as Singapore. It is just over an hour's flight from Bangkok or Singapore, and with daily connections to most major Asian airports, Phuket is ideally situated for a short break or a relaxing vacation.

As far as weather is concerned, Phuket has a tropical monsoon climate. It's warm all year round with a rainy season from April to October and a dry season from November to April. Average temperature ranges between 24 and 33 degrees Celsius.

Nai Harn Beach
Along the rocky shores of the southern-most tip of Phuket Island, Nai Harn is another of Phuket’s great beaches; for it is a favourite among sunbathers and swimmers alike. The water is calm and very clear, with excellent snorkeling opportunities off the southern headland.

The main reason Nai Harn is in such pristine condition is due to the fact that the Samnak Song Nai Harn monastery lies here. It occupies most of the land off the center and southern stretch of the beach. It is a great spot to visit and learn more about Phuket’s culture. The beach itself is perfect for escaping from the hubbub of the city.
