  • Villa Livadia can be rented according to occupancy.
  • 2 Bedroom rate is for a maximum occupancy of 4 people, 3 Bedroom for 6 people and 4 Bedroom for 8 people.
  • Baby cot or extra bed is available on request.
  • Cook and/or baby sitter service can be arranged at additional cost.

    The Villa rate includes:
    • Airport transfer (2 ways)
    • Daily Cleaning and bed linen change (every 3 days)
    • Welcome flower basket and fruit upon arrival
    Booking conditions and payment:
    • A 50 % of total rent deposit is required upon booking.
    • The 50 % remaining balance will have to be paid 2 weeks before arrival
    • All payments can be made by bank transfer
    • A security deposit of 20 % will be requested upon check-in so as to cover any damage that may occur in the villa and will be refund in full after villa inspection
