  • Villa Livadia can be rented according to occupancy. Minimum stay of 1 week.
  • Maximum stay of 10 people.
  • Baby cot and extra bed are available on request.
  • Cook and/or baby sitter service can be arranged at additional cost.
  • The electricity bill and water bill are not included in the price.

    The Villa rate includes:
    • Airport transfer (2 ways)
    • Two times a week maid, swimming pool cleaning and garden services
    • Welcome flower basket and fruit upon arrival
    • Free access to Internet
    • Free cable TV
    Booking conditions and payment:
    • A 50 % of total rent deposit is required upon booking.
    • The 50 % remaining balance will have to be paid 2 weeks before arrival
    • All payments can be made by bank transfer
    • A security deposit of 20 % will be requested upon check-in so as to cover any damage that may occur in the villa and will be refund in full after villa inspection
