A: Yes. After receiving 50% of down payment, the owner will send the booking confirmation to the client by e-mail.

HomeAway Holiday Rental website is just an advertising site, they don't provide on-line payment service for each villa.

When we subscribed this service on their site, we submitted our passport copy and our credit card to them, by doing this they make sure that the owner are real owners.
Q: Can we meet the owner at the villa?
The owner is not living in Phuket. The villa is managed by a local agent.
Q: Where I can do the grocery shopping ?
Grocery shopping: you can buy some grocery at Lutos, Villa Market, 7-Eleven or Top Daily they are on the way from the airport to the villa, easy to find them.
Q: How close is the nearest large supermarket?
5 minute by car, the Villa market is the supermarket, which is focused on the clients who live in the villas in this area.
Q: Can you help us to rent a car?
A: We do encourage you to rent a car, you can use the front yard as a garage, and this is the covered area. It will be more convenient for you if you contact the car renting company by yourself in order to choose the car at a price which meets your need. A: Unfortunately we can’t provide cook service. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils. Q: How close are the nearest bars/restaurants?
10 minutes by walk to the Royal Yacht club hotel. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and massage salons.
Q: When the maid will come to the villa?
A: Maid service, gardening service and swimming pool cleaning service are provided on every Monday and Thursday at 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noons. It’s not necessary for the guests to wait in the villa.
